So great to see that Hawaii students are getting back into the cold display showwork arena. The platter looks great from the picture's angle, and everyone looks proud. I wish I was there to see the salon! My first experience with cold display work was working with chefs Grant and Alan on the 2005 salon. Since then, I can't get enough of it. Glad to see the passion continuing at KCC. Good luck all!
